Speaker: Rob Pope, Senior Consultant, Ecolighten Energy Solutions
About the Speaker:
Rob started working in the HVAC industry in the mid 1970s where he began his apprenticeship in high-end custom homes, quickly earning tickets in sheet metal, refrigeration and gas fitting. During this time, he installed, serviced and began designing the first wave of energy-efficient systems such as condensing gas furnaces and boilers, heat recovery ventilation, heat pumps and solar thermal. Rob was the Mechanical Consultant on the first residence in Canada to achieve a Canadian LEED® certification. As an active member of the industry he has served as an executive member of the HVCI and TECA industry associations, advocating for higher standards and better education for its members.
So, an F280-12 compliant load calculation has been conducted to know exactly how much heating and cooling capacity the home you are working on needs. Are you sure you are utilizing the calculation correctly to optimize heat pump sizing and selection?
Join this webinar for a step-by-step walkthrough of a final load calculation. You will learn key considerations for understanding the report and picking suitable equipment. And we will alert you to common errors in an F280-12 load calculation to ensure you can be confident with using the data for your project. Presented by Community Energy Association and Ecolighten Energy Solutions.
